Paul P. Warley is a Managing Director of B. Riley Advisory Services working nationally out of the Atlanta and Dallas offices. Paul has 30 years' experience in turnaround management, investment banking and corporate finance. He has advised companies, lenders and equity holders in both out-of-court and in-court proceedings. Prior to joining B Riley, Paul worked in banking with GE Capital, and Bank of America and also held positions in the investment banking and consulting groups at Deloitte. For the past five years, Paul has been running his own company, Warley & Company LLC. Paul holds the following FINRA licenses - 7, 63, 79 & 24.
