Kelley Gastineau joined GlassRatner (now doing business as B. Riley Advisory Services) in 2016. Her professional background and experience includes consulting with both public and private companies, government agencies and individuals on a variety of litigation and financial matters. Ms. Gastineau has 20+ years of experience performing this work for both plaintiffs and defendants over a variety of industries including:

In addition, Ms. Gastineau has experience quantifying labor and employment damages, specifically, economic damages in wrongful termination cases. Her experience includes the analysis of alleged wage and hour claims, calculations of alleged lost employee stock options and company benefits, conducting research on labor and employment statistics, constructing analytical databases from human resource and payroll data and modeling a company's promotional process.

Prior to joining the firm, Ms. Gastineau held a senior management position at Nathan Associates Inc., an economic consulting firm, was a forensic advisory services manager at Deloitte and a dispute analysis and investigations consultant at PricewaterhouseCoopers.

Ms. Gastineau attended University of California, Irvine, earning a degree in Criminology, Law and Society. In 2019 and 2020, Ms. Gastineau was selected as one of the Most Influential Women in Accounting by the Los Angeles Business Journal. In her free time, she enjoys hiking, reading and yoga. She is an elected member of the Newport Mesa Unified School District School Site Council and she volunteers her time as a Family Faith Coordinator at Our Lady Queen of Angels Catholic church.
